just had a good fun frustrating time failing to get a train because the ticket machine either lied to me about validity or was confusing. I had a "Super Off-Peak" ticket, but I needed an "Off-Peak".

I tried to upgrade it, but the train left while I was queuing. I got to the ticket desk and the man just said... but your ticket is valid on the next service?
