Just seen this story: bbc.com/news/technology-50567751. Summary: Twitter soon plans to deactivate accounts where no-one has logged in within 6 months. This will affect bot accounts that are actively posting. This will start coming into effect on the 11th December.Look on archive.org

I don't think (and I have just read this news story now while waiting for this boat to depart back to Buenos Aires, so I haven't done any extensive research) that there's anything CBDQ can do to solve this problem.
