you know what sucks? when you're crunching in the run up to a big deadline and then it moves back, and so you keep crunching. because crunching longer is bad, but also because you've already used up some of the reserves you were relying on for a final push.

this is also a nice thing about working on events. too much work, things going wrong last minute... but it's very unlikely you can just push back the deadline a week. nothing like knowing you open in 3 hours to focus the mind on scoping & prioritisation @v21/1217948162368983040?s=19
