  1. i have had this computer for 3 days and i have just encountered my first intricate and irritating hardware problem

      (the keyboard and mouse don't work, but only if all three of these things are true: - they're plugged in after it's booted up - into the back ports of the computer - at the same time (ie, the mouse dongle is plugged into the keyboard extension ports))
