@danfletcher90 @Carter_AndrewJ in the section of Rowling's essay he is responding to there, she talks about the fear of men in M&S bathrooms under their current policy. I would suggest that M&S does not currently have a practical problem determining who should have a legitimate right to use the women's loos.Look on archive.org

@danfletcher90 @Carter_AndrewJ You can argue her issue was more philosophical than practical, but it reads to me pretty clearly as worrying about the threat of predatory men pretending to be trans women (or just trans women, there is an implicit equivalence being drawn).Permalink Look on archive.org
