      @HilariousCow you can see it, though, the slow creeping of "feature" above experience on the right. and platform priorities edging out user experience. basically i'm saying that volume controls are useful and it still weirds me out to see a "netflix" button

    @HilariousCow also: it's a bit apples to oranges - the remote on the left is designed to be the entire interface. the remote on the right is just an input mechanism *to* an interface. if that makes sense?
