@AC_Revolution @pocinplay you can't prevent it unless you heavily restrict the freedom of the tools available. but what really has an impact is how the content is shared - with friends, with a few strangers, to everyone. does content get upvoted, how do you decide what to show, what flagging systems...

@AC_Revolution @pocinplay the most important thing is to treat this as one of the core problems you have to design for upfront - if you design the system, then tackle this as a detail afterwards, you're probably fucked.

@AC_Revolution @pocinplay the other thing is: if it's expressive enough and widely shared enough, you probably need to have human moderators in the loop. so then part of the task is designing their tools, trying to make that job more tolerable and efficient (aims which are in conflict, of course)
