@dvsch I mean, ideally this stuff lets you mess around more because you can do it cheaply. You can take more risks because they're cheaper risks. But there is also the over-polishing trap, where you iterate too much & lose the life of it.Look on archive.org

@dvsch there's a push & pull between these two techniques here - previz lets you mess with camera angles & FX early on, but then those choices are more locked down later. but the LED wall stuff opens it back up & allows that stuff to change while shooting.Permalink Look on archive.org
