@boring_cactus I don't think the metaverse would be actively bad, or conclusively bad unless it was a walled capitalist monopoly hellscape? so I think metaverse stuff that pushes against that is fine?Look on archive.org

@boring_cactus like, I also don't think the idea of the "metaverse" is even really meaningful, it's a lot of stuff thrown together without a clear idea of why or what people are going to actually do with it. which lessens the downsides, tbh.Permalink Look on archive.org
