@oneofmoo @designCaitlin i *have* had this happen. (ok ok i was never effectively shielding my team & stopping wasn't the cause). but. yeah. things got to crisis point, everything was very painful for a year & then the lead was forced out.Permalink Look on archive.org

@oneofmoo @designCaitlin and then the project got shelved because the lead had left, and, a year or so later, everyone got laid off. sorry there's not a happier ending to this story. or, i guess, the happy ending was me leaving before people got laid off.Look on archive.org
