@mariiieclaiiire tbh bonuses & stock options aren't really worth thinking about - bonuses are at the whim of management, and stock options... well, it depends on the company stage, but if the company isn't public, best to think of them as lottery tickets

@mariiieclaiiire but yeah, also in most cases, the biggest bump you get is when changing jobs, companies are much stingier about increasing pay after.
