@AlmostMedia or, to be more concrete: the overreaction of Colombia to the first wave of protests strengthened the second wave of protests. if the first wave of protesters had just accepted the reaction as normal, then you don't get the second wave. that obviously wouldn't help their cause.Permalink Look on archive.org
