    @HMRCcustomers I did report, I was told it must be registered under a different account - which doesn't seem right to me, given what I see in this video (and from Online Services seeing me logged in). I have replied, waiting to hear back again!

      @HMRCcustomers (but getting a little frustrated, having spoken to three departments, all of which have suggested I need to speak to one of the others)
