    @tTikitu mmm - i mean internal novelty, you know? the way a puzzle game slowly teaches you things, adds new mechanics, new depth to the ones you already know - even if those mechanics themselves needn't be notably novel to be good

      @tTikitu and yes, it's very well executed - but that particular design sensibility seems to have waned, which is interesting to notice.
