@jennfrankgames this tweet prompted me to finally find a book i read as a kid that had a big impression on me. it was called "Matt's Million", and it's about a kid who discovers a computer game he made had made him a millionaire?

@jennfrankgames anyway, the whole book is about him dealing with the complexities of being suddenly rich (including - his friend Clare helped him with the game, and how does he deal with that? they had no rev-share agreement in place, of course)

@jennfrankgames the moral at the end is "look after your mum, and the thing that brings satisfaction isn't money but hard work". good book.
